Before we compliment the food we would like to mention the amazing, friendly and very accommodating staff, your waiter SOUFIANE and the amazing LADY CHEF, we cannot thank you enough 🙏💐 they are the real gems of this place! Good staff are hard to find nowadays, I believe their friendliness really makes this place the best dining experience in Fes. Just on a short note: we came quite late, around 9:15pm and were still welcomed so kindly by Soufiane. By the time we ordered and finally had our last bite their closing time had already passed 10:00pm, but we were still asked if we wanted desert. That was extremely kind and we cherished the gesture so much, having myself worked in service before I know how it is when you want to go home after a long day on your feet.
