Pims Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

As a regular shisha smoker in the UK, this dedicated lounge only had a handful of flavours. I was hesitant to try anywhere while i was staying in Marrakech, visiting here i was not wrong at all. Shisha game is really poor, service was equally as poor. The lounge was not busy.

Poor quality of shisha in old very cheap shisha pipes. Cross flavour pipes means i ordered love66 but tasted apple the whole way through. Please visit the UK, the worst lounges there will be better than this. I don’t recommend shisha here, it doesn’t seem to be widely available and just is not worth it. Fortunately i get to travel much for work, this had to be one of the poorest experiences. I agree with the other poor reviews, the staff come across very rude, not attentive to customers at all - This is quite prevalent in this region so I wasn’t that surprised.

Service 1/10 - staff didn’t acknowledge me, almost like i was inconvenience for him.

Shisha 0/10 - poor quality and a lack of flavours. Overpriced for a poor pipe.

Theme & Decor 8/10 - seats weren’t very comfortable but the theme is lovely. Music not too loud and good playlist. 👍

Cleanliness 9/10 - there was a cleaner going around cleaning.

Where do I start:

Service: Staff are extremely friendly, can not complain what’s so ever. We were told to sit anywhere we liked when we arrived, then orders were taken within 2 minutes of us sitting down. Great service, both shisha and food arrived very quickly.

Food: We ordered the chicken pasta, that was fantastic, absolutely blown away by the quality of the dish - we expected it to be average, but once we had the pasta, it was way above average, especially for a shisha place. Priced perfectly, can not complain.

Shisha: Ordered the apple mint flavour, amazing, that shisha kept going for more than 2 hours, that flavour did not burn out!! Also the coal is changed every 5 minutes so don’t expect to be neglected for about 15 minutes. Very very happy about the shisha, arguably the best in Gueliz. Again priced perfectly!

Atmosphere: Music was great, from English to French to Arabic, vibe was good! Music was not too loud and it too low!

I would say if you are looking for a good smoke then come here! Amazing service, and fantastic quality of food and shisha. They don’t take card, so taking cash...

I went to this sheesha café recently and had one of the worst experiences ever. The waiter named Abdul was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of serving us properly, he was busy trying to impress a girl sitting at the table next to us. He even started making fun of us in his own language, which was really disrespectful and uncomfortable.
