We stayed at this stylish hotel in Marrakech in August and overall had a great experience. The interior design is impressive—very chic, with beautiful paintings and cool pictures that give the place a modern yet authentic Moroccan vibe. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, but be aware that it can get quite crowded in the breakfast lounge during peak season. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for kids to swim and cool off. The main downside—and the reason for removing one star—is the location. There’s a rooftop bar nearby that plays loud music late into the night, which made it hard to relax or sleep early. If you’re sensitive to noise, that’s something to consider. All in all, it’s a solid 4-star experience. If the noise issue gets resolved, this place easily deserves a full 5 stars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) from London, UK, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at reception by Jihane, Yassine, and Abdrahman, who made check-in smooth and pleasant. At the restaurant, Khadijah was so kind and attentive, while Sofia always made breakfast a lovely experience. A special mention also to Hasna, whose constant smile brightened every day of our stay. Jihane and Khadijah truly made our stay very special with their kindness and care. The location was perfect, the food was delicious with something for everyone, and the swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and truly family-friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

Our experience at the Blue Sea Hotel was not only disappointing but harmful. We ended up with a food poisoning that probably came from their breakfast. We ended our 7 days stay after the first night and we are still sick 3 days later. The room was Ok but wasn't perfectly clean (grease and dirt on the walls, door handles, floor was not perfectly clean). The chairs of the restaurant were we had breakfast were all full of cigarette ashes and dirt. The breakfast itself was not tasteful but was certainly poisonous. If you are into staying with your family and kids, you better keep off because of the "bad attendence" at night at the hotel's restaurant. It's definitely not worth 4 stars anymore but only 2. The only reason I'm putting 1 star is because the staff members were very kind, like all morrocans by the way ;-)

We had an amazing yet disappointing trip to Marrakech from December 22 - 29, 2017. We reached Marrakech safe and sound and the transfer from airport to hotel were smooth. We had a pleasant stay at Blue Sea Le Printemps Hotel, although the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and we had to buy our own room spray to wipe away the smell from time to time. Another thing also the room key were stopped working every two days, not a real deal breaker but it's inconvenient to again go down to the lobby from 5th floor and fix the room key. Apparently we're not the only guests having the same issue with the room key. We also found splash of blood on the floor and on the wall of the room which was not properly cleaned. Until the last few days of our stay, as always on previous vacation when we book all inclusive we asked hotel about our transfer time from hotel to airport, and we never had had a problem before. But with Blue Sea hotel, we asked our transfer time on December 21, one day before check out, and the reception told us that they don't know about it and will help to check on it.The next day December 22, i asked again through the phone call from the hotel room about the transfer time, and a guy on the reception replied to me that he does not know anything about the transfer time, and i explained to him nicely that we have contacted tour agency and we were advised to contact the hotel instead, and then he mentioned it's not the responsibility of the hotel to know about our transfer time as we did not book the transfer through them, and the best of all that he said all those things to me in a high tone which i found is not appropriate to talk to a customer with that manner. I was upset and i went down to complaint to him and he did not even offer me a help to contact the travel agency and i had to do it myself and i had to found out myself about the transfer time. All of those ruined our great experience in Marrakech. Rude service of the reception guy is certainly not acceptable. I have had load a formal complain to the hotel manager and the manager has apologized to us. When we were sitting down waiting for our transfer bus at the lobby, the same rude reception guy were throwing out inappropriate jokes to another guest out loud mentioning he will kill the guest if they're trying to annoy him as he has a gun. Even if it's a joke, it's inappropriate in my opinion. I don't think this hotel...

I think 3.5 stars is fair for this place, but I can't do that on Google, here's my honest thoughts:

Rooms: the rooms were modern and spacious, but there were a few imperfections which would be easily touched up, like: cracked light switches, minor but noticeable stains and scuffs on various items, broken shower head was usable but kept falling and was very unstable and not fitted properly. Other than that all was good and the cleaners did a good job and we're nice.

Restaurant and food: We are here for breakfast and dinner, and the food stayed the same everyday, with minor cosmetic changes to them only. The food itself was nice, but gets tiring after a few days ( I understand there is religious restrictions on food here in Morocco but I would like to still see more variety). Other than that it was all good and there was no other faults and everything was clean.

Areas and amenities: The outdoor area is very nice and has amazing theming ( as shown in newer images ). The chairs are comfy and the toilets are clean and everything is modern or cozy. The elevators were fine but the doors were strangely green, not my style but I'm not complaining.

Location: It's an okay area, if you like a bustling city scene then this is good for you. There is some loud honking from nearby roads sometimes but it stops at nighttime. Just to note traffic can be crazy compared to European locations and you must take care...

I stayed here as part of a tour at the beginning and the end.

I opted to stay individually for a couple nights before hand because I was unwell and didn't want to be in a hostel or move. My stay was pleasant.

I've stayed on the 2nd floor and on the 6th. I think the 6th floor rooms are nicer and the last night it had air-conditioning, I didn't use it but I didn't have that on the 2nd floor.

The rooms are clean and comfortable however they are fairly dated and nothing remarkable. My only feedback would be to improve the shower holder. It's too high up and the shower head falls off it hit me in the face multiple times so I gave up and had to hold it.

Be sure not to be unfortunate enough to get 201. I was given that on my final night and quickly changed, it's above the courtyard has no wifi or aircon and was very loud from the lift and stairwell. It shouldn't be a room for paying guests.

They provide water glasses but no water. It's 20diram down stairs or cheaper across the road at the little shop.

The breakfast selection is fantastic, it's an absolute win having the option of fresh omelets, pancakes and their savory crepe like things.

There's a nice courtyard area to sit in also.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's a short walk from a basic mall and 15 minutes from the Menara (I didn't visit but we were advised...
