I recently dined at this restaurant and overall had a good experience. The food was great — well-cooked, flavorful, and definitely enjoyable. Very similar to Asian taste. The pricing is reasonable and offers great value for money. You can enjoy a hearty meal without feeling like you’ve overspent.
The service, however, felt a little rushed. Dishes were served too quickly and used plates/utensils were taken away almost immediately, which made the experience feel hurried. There were also a couple of mix-ups with my order — I requested steamed dumplings but was given fried dumplings, and I ordered beef chop suey but was served chicken chop suey instead. While the staff was polite, these mistakes did affect the flow of the meal.
One area that was inconvenient was the lack of POS (card) payment. It would be much easier for customers if this option were available.
It’s important that what is listed in the menu is actually available for order, as this helps set the right expectations for customers. It would also be wonderful if the restaurant could offer more Asian desserts to complete the dining experience.
Despite some minor service issues, I enjoyed my visit. The restaurant is spacious, has a pleasant ambiance. On a cooler weather, it would be nice to sit in the outside dining area. It serves delicious food at a fair price. With a few improvements in service and payment options, and menu availability, this place could become an even better dining...
Read moreLunch break in Mnyogi and it was my first experience. Nothing to regret: quality of food is perfect, staff are so well trained with a very good service and hygiene is top.
