I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Marrakech, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an incredible culinary journey.

However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, as a parent, I found the high chairs for babies lacking in some essential features. It would be great if the restaurant could provide high chairs with secure straps, ensuring the safety of the little ones. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the high chairs were at the same level as the main table, allowing families to enjoy their meal together seamlessly.

Another minor issue arose when it came time to pay the bill. Initially, we were informed that the restaurant only accepted cash. However, I firmly believe that customers should be made aware of this policy in advance. When I raised my concern, the waiter promptly brought the card machine, indicating that they do, in fact, accept cards. Clear communication about payment options is crucial to establish trust with customers.

Despite these two areas for improvement, I give Bombay Marrakech a well-deserved five-star rating. The exceptional food, along with the commendable service, made our dining experience truly memorable. The flavors and aromas of the dishes transported us to a culinary paradise, and the attentiveness of the staff added a personal touch to our evening. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to Bombay Marrakech for another extraordinary...

1/5 Stars - AVOID BOMBAY MARRAKECH AT ALL COSTS!

I am still fuming after my disastrous experience with Bombay Marrakech. The incompetence and lack of customer care are appalling. Here's what happened:

I ordered food from this restaurant, expecting a decent dining experience. But what I got was a meal with MISSING ITEMS! Can you believe it? I paid good money for a incomplete meal.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the owner to report the issue, I was met with a complete lack of concern or apology. Instead, I was asked to WAIT FOR ANOTHER DELIVERY! Are you kidding me? That's not a solution, that's a joke.

The owner's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, clearly indicating that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Bombay Marrakech. It's shocking that a business can be so reckless with their customers' trust.

Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and receiving incomplete orders, STAY AWAY FROM BOMBAY MARRAKECH! There are plenty of other restaurants that actually care about their customers.

UPDATE: I will not be updating this review unless the owner takes concrete steps to address these issues and provides a satisfactory resolution. Until then, this review stands as a...

I had the worst dining experience of my life at Bombay Marrakech. The service was extremely poor — our table was not attended to properly, and we never received the bottle of water we ordered. To make matters worse, the salad was served after we had already finished dinner. The food quality was shocking; it seemed like they were using leftover cooked meat that had turned brown, and this was reused in all the curries. The dishes were also overloaded with red food coloring, making them unappetizing and artificial. The curries themselves lacked flavor and were completely bland.

Some specific items like the Fish Manchurian, Tandoori Chicken, and Chicken tikka Masala had excessive amounts of red coloring, which seemed unnecessary and unappealing. This experience was by far the worst in my 40 years of dining out, and I honestly cannot understand how others have given this restaurant 4 and 5-star reviews. I would never recommend Bombay Marrakech to anyone and would strongly advise potential diners to think twice before...

DO NOT EAT HERE. The owner keeps editing his review. First, he said we had the wrong restaurant and edited his review to now say we eat all the food. The pictures show that we did not. I’m Indian and I cook as well as post a lot about food so I know what I’m talking about. The food was horrible and old meat is hard. The chicken is not fresh and I assume it has been cooked a few days before it was served. Very spongy so we sent a chicken curry back. They refused to take it off the bill and said we need to order another chicken dish. We ordered dry chicken dish and as per the photos it come out as a weird black pepper style curry (?). The lamb isn’t lamb. It is mutton. Very stringy and the cleanliness of the place in my honest opinion is below standard. I’ve now got a funny stomach and I’m disappointed in reading the other reviews as they could be potentially false or misguided reviews.

If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine while in Marrakech, BOMBAY is a must-visit! This hidden gem, tucked away in the heart of the city’s maze-like square, comes highly recommended by a friend of mine during my holiday. The restaurant is run by a team from Himachal, and they really know their flavors. The food is absolutely delicious, and the prices are unbelievable. My wife and I shared a non-veg thali, which was more than enough for two people. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and truly authentic. A special shoutout to Chef Surender Khmer, who took excellent care of us. If you're in Marrakech and looking to spice things up with some genuine Indian dishes, this place is a must. Highly recommend!

I liked their daal tadka & veg fried rice most. It was delicious. Tandoori roti and naan was also good. The ambience is okay. The waiters take a bit time but it’s fine. Other items that I tried like saag paneer (Palak paneer) and paneer tikka masala is okay not bad but not great as well. The quantity of food was less for the price they charge. And there was no supplements like roti or rice with main dish (paneer/daal) . I am an international traveller and for the price I felt the quantity was really less that too without supplements. The another downside was they do not accept cards so you have to carry cash which is not expected from a fine dine restaurant. Hope they change it.
