I had visited this restaurant before and really enjoyed it, so I decided to return alone this time to enjoy the show and food again. I made a reservation over the phone, but when I arrived, I was seated at a table with no view of the show, even though there were many empty tables.

When I kindly asked to change, I was told they don’t accept reservations for one person on weekends... That’s something I should’ve been informed of beforehand—not discovered upon arrival.

Feeling disappointed, I left. I hope solo diners will be welcomed more thoughtfully in the future…we also deserve a good...

Nous avons passé un bon moment entre amis au Mandaloun, dans une ambiance typique des restaurants festifs très appréciés localement. Cependant, plusieurs éléments ont un peu gâché l’expérience : la musique était extrêmement forte, à tel point que cela en devenait presque insupportable pour nos oreilles – dommage, car le lieu a un vrai potentiel et mériterait d’être plus agréable.

Le restaurant est en intérieur, et la présence de fumeurs pendant le dîner est particulièrement désagréable pour ceux qui ne fument pas.

Côté animation, les danseuses se déplacent dans la salle, ce qui est appréciable car nous étions très mal placés pour voir les musiciens. Le personnel est sympathique, mais le service reste approximatif : plusieurs oublis de commande, un cocktail demandé sans alcool servi avec alcool…

Enfin, l’addition est plutôt élevée au vu de la qualité générale du service et du confort. Cela reste une expérience intéressante à vivre une fois, mais nous en sommes tous sortis avec un bon mal de tête. Peut-être une question de culture et d’attentes différentes entre visiteurs étrangers et...
