Arrived at 6pm on the train from Fez and was very hungry because the food on the train was not worth even buying. We stopped here before we got a taxi to our hotel. We ordered a Big Mac combo and a cheeseburger and the total came to 102 dirham which is nine or ten USD. I understand the McDonald's is in a train station in a very touristy city but those are American 🇺🇲 prices. You can get way cheaper fast food in many developing countries of the world. In Cartagena, Colombia or Cancun, México that same thing we ordered would have been maximum five or six USD. And to top it off the burgers were not hot and were not made fresh, served to us barely lukewarm and probably had been sitting there for 10 minutes before we arrived. After we took our tray to sit down we noticed all these local people sitting at tables but none of them had any trays with food on them which now makes total sense since the food was cold, not made fresh to order and if it's overpriced for a North American i can't imagine what the local people would think of the prices and quality ratio. Seems like a local hangout place where people meet but don't order food and just...
Read moreI just visited the MacDonald's located at the Marrakech train station, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The convenient location within the station makes it a perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal before catching a train.
The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that the service was swift despite the bustling environment. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal.
The food was fresh and delicious, living up to the high standards one expects from MacDonald's. I particularly enjoyed the Moroccan twist on some of the classic items, adding a delightful local flavor to the menu.

Read moreI recently visited the McDonald's located in Marrakech train station and unfortunately, my experience was not up to standard. I ordered two Big Mac meals and was disappointed to find that there was no mustard provided with my order. When I asked the workers, I was told that I had to pay an additional fee for each packet of mustard.
Furthermore, the meat in my Big Mac was burned and black, which was a sign of poor food preparation and quality control. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's location. It's important for fast food chains to provide their customers with the necessary condiments and maintain consistency in their menu items to ensure customer satisfaction.
I hope that the restaurant can address these issues promptly and improve their service and food quality...
