I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant during Ramadan. First, they didn’t even have several items listed on the menu, claiming they were “out of stock.” If you’re hosting people for Iftar, at least make sure you have what’s promised on the menu! The service was absolutely terrible. They gave all their attention to large family tables while completely ignoring smaller groups or solo diners. We were left waiting while others who arrived later were served first. This is unacceptable, especially during Ramadan when people are fasting and need their meals on time. To make things worse, the space is so cramped that it’s impossible to feel comfortable. The tables are too close together, and people don’t respect personal space, especially when taking photos. It was chaotic and poorly managed. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing Iftar experience.
