Lasa Kusa Newa Bhutu — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I recently visited Lasa Kusa Newa Bhutu to try their Newari cuisine, and it was an overall delightful experience! The authentic Newari foods makes the atmosphere vibrant and feel of the rich Newar culture.

The menu features a fantastic variety of traditional dishes like Newari Khaja Set, Momo, Chhoila, Juju dhau and Yomari, all made with fresh ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and you can tell that they take pride in preserving the authenticity of the recipes.

Service was friendly and efficient, although there were a couple of moments when the food took a little longer to arrive, which is why I’m giving 4.5/5 instead of 5. However, the owner of the cafe was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

Overall, I highly recommend this cafe to anyone who wants to dive into authentic Newari food. I’ll definitely be back to try...
