The place itself had a nice, comfortable feeling, which was good, and the food we ate was generally alright, not amazing, but not bad either. However, the biggest issue we faced was with the service we received from the staff. It really needs to get much better. A significant problem occurred with our momo order. We had clearly asked for pork momo. But when the momos were served, we were quite sure they had given us buff momo instead because of the taste. The confusing part for everyone, including the servers, was that both the pork and buff momos looked exactly the same from the outside. We had to send them back to the kitchen. They initially told us it was pork, but after I opened one up to show them, they finally agreed it was a mistake and then brought us the pork ones we had ordered. We were thankful they changed it without hesitation. Later, we wanted to cut a birthday cake and needed the table cleared. We had to ask the servers several times before they started clearing. They took the dinner plates first, but then there was a long wait before they removed the used glasses and tissues. Also, we asked for an extra glass for water, but it simply never arrived. The staff, particularly the servers, seemed quite tired and didn't come across as very welcoming, which made our experience less enjoyable. The service part really let...
Read moreSad to witness how the food at this place has really deteriorated in such a short span of time since the opening. Pork momo didn't taste like Pork, it wasn't tasty at all. Chicken Shabalay's filling was undercooked. When returned back, Kitchen didn't even acknowledge it, they brought it back saying "estai ho". Chicken wonton (dry) was horrible, it was all doughy, it probably had not more than 5 grams of Chicken filling. It was more like having boiled dough with a touch of chicken. Amdo Shabalay was very doughy with very less filling and no flavor to it. We will never be going back to this place and nor will we be recommending it to anyone. Dear Mgt team, please do take consistency & customer feedback seriously...
Read moreThe ambience is really good out there. A peaceful place. But the foods that I ordered were no good.. I literally asked twice to the server what kind of dimsum is dry dimsum, is it like steamed and then he said "yes dry huncha steam ma" but then later a fried wanton showed up. If their meaning of dry dumpling is fried wantons then why not just write deep fried wanton in the menu... anyway the place is really good to hangout with friends and has ample...
