Just another normal small pub with an almost broken guitar, almost dilapidated sofas, a few tables, a fussball table, a snooker table and good rock music to go by. The only difference is, you are at 3680 meters and getting a drink in a pub at this height might be a little bit unheard of. Just this point makes all the premiums imposed by the pub look seemingly unimportant. I loved the place. Had a pint after completing the EBC trek. A must visit place in Namche. This Bar has a vibe of its own, and no one can rival the experience that you get there, nor the memories that you will make. It seriously affects your body's ability to acclimatise to the low oxygen levels. I saw many trekkers fall foul of this rule and pay the price on the trek. Read moreDefinitely a cool bar to have a drink. The décor was pretty spot on for Irish pubs I've been to in other countries, which is impressive considering how high up this place is. They have darts and a pool table (which isn't the best quality, but again, you're at 3,400 meters) and the bartender is friendly. Unfortunately when I went here it was very early in the season and their beer selection was far more limited than it usually would have been, but it was still a good time....
