Alpine Lodge — Hotel in Khumbupasanglahmu

I've been to Nepal 3 times now and stayed at all different places and Apline Lodge is incomparable to any other place I've stayed at. Rooms are super, super clean, they vacumm(which I don't think I've seen before). I mean their rooms are mint cleaness! The food is amazing. We didn't stay there on the way up, but found it by chance as it's next to the Namche Post Office. We saw their terrace with the best view of Namche and had to have a coffee. Then we saw their menu and eat heaps. So good food.... So the rest of the 2 weeks other lodges were not the same, every place was a bit downhill from there.||||On the way down we stay there for sure and dreaming of their kitchen.||||Their hospitality excelled. Alpine Lodge is standing out from the crowd of lodges in Namche Basar not only by providing nice, clean rooms with private bathroom, really hot water with sufficient pressure and excellent food... The owner and the young ladies in the kitchen are extremely dedicated to make their lodge a place really worth to remember! I just returned from a 3 week trek to Everest Base Camp. We passed thru Namche on the way up and the way down. Our stay at Alpine Lodge was by far the nicest teahouse/lodge we found on the trail! Owner Tenzing was super attentive to our needs, the rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean( compared to other lodges) and the view was simply amazing! We enjoyed the nightly movies, the comfy and warm bar and the sauna was much appreciated ( and anticipated as we descended from Gorakshep)!
