因為宗教考量，在尼泊爾含乳製品的咖啡品項多以水牛牛奶製作，和一般習慣的濃厚牛奶有些差異，因此拿鐵、卡布奇諾的奶香略淡。 De Coffee First的咖啡風味水準很一致，拉花呈現得很完整，服務態度友善，也比其他咖啡廳更能克服牛奶醇香的問題。 雖然地點不好找，位於小巷子內，但絕對值得一訪，是我在尼泊爾最喜歡的咖啡店。 Due to religious reasons, many milk-based coffee drinks in Nepal are made with buff milk, which has a lighter flavor compared to general milk. De Coffee First stands out with consistently well-balanced coffee, beautifully presented latte art, and friendly service. They also do a better job than most cafés at working around the challenges of using buff milk. Though it’s tucked away in a small alley and can be a bit hard to find, it’s absolutely worth the visit. This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Nepal : )

Hidden in the alleyway of panoramic Patan, this quiet, cozy and pleasant place is a must visit place to enjoy a freshly brewed, crafted or even custom created coffee. Well experienced baristas will pour their skills to create a perfectly made cuppa coffee, just the way you like.

Like their name suggests it’s the right place to have your first coffee of the day. Whether you like to enjoy it at cafe or take away their locally sourced beans, they’ve got you covered.

Team at De Coffee First is courteous and friendly, it’s always a pleasure chatting with owner and listen him talk passionately about coffee, coffee making machines and his Bastia academy.

All in all absolutely amazing place to sip a coffee while soaking in the sun or stay quietly inside admiring beautiful mural. A go to place for fresh cup first thing in the morning or anytime you...
