Mama's Curries — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

A place to go when we are confused and can’t decide where to have a decent lunch or brunch during the day. A place we know will never disappoint; it’s nothing wow, but I can assure you that the taste, quantity, and quality will be good enough to make you visit again. For me, it’s homely cooking, not spicy or oily. My list of favorites starts with egg or chicken chop, chicken roll, and the non-veg Biryani. The unique thing about their Biryani is that it’s unlike the ones you get in restaurants. It’s mild, less spicy, but it has its own balanced taste with chunks of meat you order.

I ordered Chicken Biryani from Mama's Curries on Foodmandu and half way through eating I find a cockroach and rubber band. Disguisting. 🤮🤮🤮AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I called them and the lady there started blaming delivery guy and also telling me they have been in business for 9 years and nothing like this has happened. I liked the place. It's clean. Even the washroom is well maintained. The ambience is good. I like the wooden theme. Also. The lights are decent. The customer service is good. Above average in my opinion. The food is down to earth. Fresh. I ordered Chicken chilly, vegetable egg soup and aalu. Everything tastes natural. They also adjust the flavor as per your demand.
