We remember Mimosa Skylounge being as a must visit again from our last trip to the island, and they once again delivered. Resting on top of the casino, this rooftop bar is modern, clean, and presents a beautiful view of downtown Maho.

The drinks are incredible. I’m a simple person usually drinking Roman Cokes or Screwdrivers, staying away from specialty drinks as they tend to be hit or miss. Instead of my usual, Max introduced us to several of their specialty drinks and all were hits. I really can’t describe the WOW. Max is an incredibly talented mixologist, adding to the Mimosa experience.

Adding to the experience were little details. For example, the direction of all the coasters. Call me a bit crazy, but these little and usually unnoticeable subtleties add to the overall experience.

My husband and I have been here a couple times during our last 2 vacations to the island and I only have great things to say about it! They have a DJ on Friday nights and the place gets busy and fun. Everyone was just enjoying life and enjoying the moment, it was contagious. The drinks are truly a work of art and you can tell the bartenders take pride in each drink they make. The last time we were there we were lucky enough to be able to sit and talk to one of the owners. She told us about each drink and all the work that goes into them. It was pretty amazing.
