I've been coming to Sint Maarten for a long time and have family here so they usually scout out some great places for me. I have to tell you that I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service, our entire staff, the decor, the atmosphere, the food, the quality and caring.

This restaurant is fairly new and a lot of the other restaurants should take a page out of their playbook on customer service. We were a part of 8 and right from the start you could tell how much the waitress cared. She was on top of things from making sure our water and wine glasses were filled, silverware was changed after each course, the table was clean, plates went down at the same time and that was just to name a few of the details.

It has a casual atmosphere so you can chose to dress up or wear shorts and a tee shirt. It is spotless and clean.

They have a great bar. Choice of cocktails and wines. The owner or manager came over a few times to make sure our needs were met.

We had a few appetizers from the eggplant parmigiana, seared scallops in a puff pastry, the lobster risotto and the Caesar salad. We had a nice bottle of 2019 Tommasi Raphael red wine from Northern Italy that goes well with almost any dish.

For the main course a few of us had the salmon with either mashed potatoes or fettuccine, the veal chop Milanese which was HUGE!, and a few also had the 12 oz rib eye steak.

For desert we had the tiramisu, the MILLEFOGLIE- Caramelized puff pastry, berries, white chocolate whip. $14 SEMIFREDDO- Crunchy almond-caramel gelato, Di Saronno amaretto sauce. CROSTATA- Warm chocolate tart, vanilla gelato

Marco, the manager, was a class act from start to finish—organized, gracious, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel valued. His attention to detail and hospitality created a seamless and elevated dining experience that I won’t soon forget.

My evening started at the bar, where Milo crafted some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Creative, balanced, and full of flavor, each cocktail was a work of art—clearly made by someone who knows and loves his craft.

And then there was Yolaine—my server and now the gold standard for service. Attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, she made me feel like I was the only person in the room. Her energy and care turned a great meal into a phenomenal one.
