The Deli at Oasis — Restaurant in Île des Terres Basses

The Reuben sandwich was really good, not huge like the cashier mentioned, but really good. The chicken soup was also really good. The decor is nice, and the staff was friendly. That said, they are crazy to charge 20$ for a Reuben with not even some chips or a pickle on the side! Already it’s overpriced, but without even a small side makes it just look sad on the plate, and a little insulting. This place is clearly geared toward tourists because as a local at prices like this, we wouldn’t even consider going back or recommending it to others. Excellent food and environment deli My wife and I enjoyed the food, service and environment at this breafast and lunch restaurant. I had scrambled eggs on french croussant with salmon, cream cheese and guacamole on side. Generous portion of smake salmon. Only $16. Wife had cream cheese on bagel. Only $6. Both had delicious iced lattes. They also has garden patio in back but we sat inside with artwork line walls. Very friendly attentive staff. Highly recommend. Open early close at 4pm. No parking except paid garage lot across street. So appeals mainy to visitors staying in Maho hotels...

I had breakfast at this place, and I came here based on a recommendation. The croissants were terrible — hard, old, several days old. The eggs I ordered after the croissant were a disaster, more precisely the vegetables they put in them. The vegetables were old and rotten, and the eggs smelled of rot. I have never seen anything like this before. This is the worst place on the island. There are plenty of great breakfast spots on the island, especially in Simpson Bay.
