terrible concept using cheap disabled service people: This is a typical nightmare of screwed dutch thinking. In all respect to disabled people, but using them as cheap service people and even building a franchise concept out of this is a BIG NO GO. I don't want to discriminate disabled people, but offending guests with the disabled theme or offending disabled people with huge misperceptions is a big no go. I simply ordered a typical dutch "uitsmijter" for my breakfast, it took ages before one of the non-disabled service people came along to excuse but the typical dutch "uitsmijter' is not part of the menue card. In place of that they are offering typical dutch and highly overpriced marketing food with beautiful names.

We love this place. Have been there twice. They have delicious pancakes, sandwiches, coffees, teas, of course brownies too. The portion size is big enough. The music and vibe is pretty chill. Sfeer is heel leuk, lekker ongedwongen en erg leuk en grappig ingericht. Hightea viel tegen, maar dat is maar wat je verwacht denk ik. Toilet was smerig met ontlasting achterop de bril. Ik vind het een vereiste, voor je klanten, dat toiletten schoon en hygiënisch zijn. Dat betekent dat er een paar keer gecheckt en schoongemaakt moet worden. Helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar, voor mij. Maar dit is maar mijn mening. Mensen moeten zelf ondervinden wat ze er van vinden. Verder moesten we enorm lang wachten op de laatste ronde van de hightea. We gingen het maar navragen of de hightea klaar was of dat er nog iets zou komen. Was niet duidelijk voor ons hoeveel rondes. We hebben eerder weleens bij Talent Moment hightea gehad in Heerhugowaard. Daar is het een stuk duidelijker wat je kan verwachten omdat ze aan tafel uitleg geven. Het hartige gedeelte werd gauw nog nagebracht want die was vergeten. Ik denk dat ze ons een beetje vergeten waren want degene die de leiding hadden waren gezellig met andere mensen aan...
