Burgers & Zo — Restaurant in Alkmaar

Went from absolute perfection to just okay. This used to be my go-to place, for the best burgers and fries in town. Over recent years quality has declined. Suddenly they started to drown the burgers in sauce for no reason - way too much, even after requesting half the amount. Recently the owner or cook changed and the burgers improved again, but then the fries seemed to be fried in old fat.. I honestly don't know whether to recommend this...
