HFC (Halal Fried Chicken) — Restaurant in Almere

Very strange and disappointed. The hotwings don't taste like HFC hot wings at all! I used to live in new west in Amsterdam near Plein 40-45. I ate at that HFC for several years. I can say that I am a big fan of HFC and recommend it anytime if anyone wants some fried chicken. Their hot wings are crispy, juicy, tender, spicy, and oily in a good way. But the wings in this HFC Almere city centre taste very dry, even a bit hard to bite the outside which suppose to be crispy, and not spicy or flavoured at all. Don’t even mention about the fried chicken, completely waste of money. We ordered 5 pieces of fried chicken, only ate 2 pieces of them, and we ordered 12 pieces of hot wings, only ate 3 of them.

It will be very challenging for us to give it another shot again. Absolutely not this year anymore and won’t recommend it to anyone yet. This store is newly opened and in my opinion it is supposed to be good, no? If I’m not the only one feeling like this, I really hope this store will take better action on it, so we can have a better place to enjoy the best fried chick as it...

Bestelling via hun eigenwebsite gedaan omdat er stond dat je 10% korting kreeg. Ik krijg mijn eten binnen, begon met koude patat. En daarna keek ik naar mijn bon, en zie nergens 10% korting eraf. Even laten maak ik de blikje ice tea open en smaakte al anders. Ik lees het blikje zie dat het buitenlandse EXPORT blikje is ZONDER statiegeld. Maar wel op mijn bon €0.15 statiegeld rekenen. Ik bel om dit te vertellen, hij moest mij terug bellen na overleg manager. Eind stand zegt de medewerker dat hij ziet dat ik bestelling via Thuisbezorgd heb gedaan, maar dat klopt NIET!!! Zie bevestiging e-mails van HFC. Alle mails komen vanuit hun zelf maar bleef erbij dat het zo was. Andere bewijs dat ik echt via hun site heb besteld kan je zien op hun bon (zie foto). Ze rekenen 2.95 bezorgkosten. En als ik via thuisbezorgd zou bestellen staat er €2.50. Ik moest medewerker kon via google alle stappen vertellen dat hij kon zien waar het stond over de korting want hij zag dat namelijk niet...zie ook de foto van hun voorpagina. En voor het statiegeld mocht ik blikje komen ophalen in de winkel. Nou wat denk je zelf na zo'n SERVICE tegen je klanten. Mensen let op wat je krijgt en check je bon goed! HFC jullie zijn een grote klantenkring verloren door €4 te stelen van mij + hoe je met mij zijn omgegaan door deze actie. Voor ons NOOIT meer! En laat mijn familie er ook niet meer komen. PS: GOOGLE ACCEPTEER MIJN SCREENSHOTS NIET DAAROM WEBSITE EN MAIL FOTO MOETEN...
