1 appetizer you need to wait 1 hour. I’ve been enough numbers of fine dinings all over the world and tonight we were waiting for good experience here. But when 2 hours past we still had just eaten 2 plates of appetizers, and we found out it was not that fine dining we were waiting for. When we finished payment we asked if it’s normal to wait that long “1 hour for 1 plate”, the waiter(manager) asking if we know what the “fine dining” is and teaching us it’s normal to take looong time to finish a tasting menu(even it has only 4 plates not 15 plates!). It's quite a shockingly formal place with a plentiful supply of informality. Formally addressed as you enter,, lots of space between diners, and the time to decide on choices. Dutch diners varying from trainers and jeans to suits. Chef is developing a serious menu effort here 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
