Amsterdam Rice House — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I think they opened just a week ago, and I’ve already been there for the third time this week. The food is incredible—simple, fresh, and with a home-cooked feeling, just as it should be!

The decoration is very original and unique, creating an immediate good vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone is so kind, and the chef always greets you with a huge smile, and I love that. The little details, like a side of bread or a pack of small towels to clean your hands, make it a great experience rather than just picking up your dinner.

After living on this street for more than five years, seeing many restaurants come and go, and being hard to impress when it comes to food, I can honestly say this is one of the top places...

Just what Amsterdam needed—this makes me so happy. Turkish street food is wonderful in its variety, it’s about time there were more options available locally besides döner! I applaud the forward thinking of the people who opened this shop. The food is good, and the service even better. I’ll be coming here for a long time....
