BR020 — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I was there on a Friday evening, it was very disappointing.

They didn't have cassava so we replaced it with fries. Then, they didn't have original coxinhas and offered us the vegan ones. All that after we had already paid so I have no idea if it was fair. The vegan coxinhas were ok but some of them were not in the original shape and the fries were over fried. We also had to ask to change the music. We know the bar is rock themed but it's hard to talk over some loud guttural. Do they want people to enjoy the place or leave it uncomfortable and hoarse?

The success is most of the time on the details. They can improve small things and make it a better experience. Value your workers, reevaluate what you can really deliver and keep your stock of most ordered items, promote the place better, keep info here on Maps updated.

Just amazing, 5 stars are not enough

We were group of 7, in ages 14 - 39 celebrating birthday. Never been at the place before.

Our host is octopus. Barmen, kitchen cheff and DJ in one, still providing service faster then full-staffed bars. From the first moment filling my “special requests” (e.g. hiding cake behind bar), giving our group just the right attention not forgetting anyone else. Special song requests from vinyl wall, dramatic pause so we can sing birthday song and connecting us with rest of bar by nu-metal and rock hits. Before we knew it, whole place turned into club with all guests singing in one voice! Add the delicuous and nicely arranged brazilian snacks, good beers, well mentained and designed space and unique part of rock history behind your backs - you have it all.
