I ordered the taro coconutmilk, which was marked as V with a star, presumably vegan?! There were other items marked with just a V.
I watched the person behind the counter make it, which is with whole milk, coconut powder, and taro powder.
Now maybe I've just misunderstood their labeling, but it wouldn't be too hard to carry actual coconut milk if one of your drinks is literally called coconut milk.
The boba was OK, not the worst I've had, but kind of mushy (lacking chew).
They do specify the vegan sorbets they carry, so that's nice. Would be excellent if they clarified their drinks menu.
EDIT: Basically, you have to ask what the symbols on their menu mean because there is no indication of what the * on the menu means. I assumed and was wrong. I just had too high expectations the menu...
