Eatmosfera East — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Neighbourhood pizzeria. The pizza they made was just averagely fine referring to the pizza presented as Naples-style. The pizza was not astoundingly amazing. Or I could say it’s disappointing considering the review is quite high and I disagree with “the best pizza in Amsterdam”. The cheese and meat they chose with the combination of the pizza dough were quite heavy. On the next day, I still feel my stomach was so doughy and dairy milky. It affected me with the feeling inclined to vomit and queasy. I can say I’m an absolute pizza lover. I would not say the pizza is bad but I never had disgusting after taste next day with any pizza I had before.

Additionally, the options on the menu were also limited and the flavours they offered were not very appealing.

But if you live nearby, you can try out. However it was not worth much to travel there for their pizza.

It has to be noted that inside is like a sauna. I was quite surprised to it because none of the pizzeria with oven interior in Amsterdam I have been to...

Food was lovely. You could notice the Italian tastes, fresh Ingredients and very tasty. We had starters, pizzas and the amazing tiramisu. All pizzas were fulfilling and very tasty, the dough was not the slight thin napolitan way which I don’t like so for me it was the best! Red wine was bio organic and good to accompany our dinner. Tiramisu was great as well. Prices very reasonable around 30pp given that we had starters main desert and wine. I’m giving 4 stars as the service that day was not the best (yes they told us they were short by 2 pp) but still we were waiting for 20 minutes until someone passes by and also we ordered a bottle of red wine and they brought it open. In another occasion we would give it back but we thought to not bother given the situation with the service but still when you order a bottle of wine you expect them to open it in front of you and not bring it open as you don’t know what wine is in there at the end. My experience at Eatmosfera for a work event was quite enjoyable overall! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. The highlight for me was definitely the food; the pizzas and appetizers were served promptly and were delicious.The drink selection was also impressive, and I found myself enjoying a few beverages throughout the evening. What really stood out to me, though, was how accommodating the staff were, especially when it came to our son. They provided a high chair for him and even took the time to interact and play with him, which was incredibly sweet and made us feel like valued guests.The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed evening with colleagues.
