Burger King — Restaurant in Amsterdam

After running the Rotterdam marathon, my boyfriend and I wanted to treat ourselves with some fast food from BK. We were feeling lazy so we ordered delivery through UberEats. Even though the food was marked as delivered on the app we never got our food. I called to ask BK if they knew anything about what had happened but Dario explained to me very nicely and calmly that they successfully handed off the food to an UberEats driver and they didn't know him or what he had done with the food. Frustrated, but still wanting BK, I biked there and asked if I could repeat my order. Dario was extremely kind (even when he didn't need to be: UberEats messed up not BK) and made me my meal again super fast (with the help of the rest of the lovely staff). Even though I was annoyed and a bit huffy at the situation, Dario was always nice and kind so thank you, Dario!!! Great...

The atmosphere is fine, its a burger king, I did not have high expectations.

However, I wanted to try a Crunchy Chicken Deluxe because I had a coupon for it in the BK app. After trying to both scan and manually input my coupon multiple times, I could not manage to actually get the discount. Frustrated, I still wanted my Crunchy Chicken Deluxe I came here for. Therefore I decided to pay full price (€7,45 btw). I know Burger King, their burgers are pretty good and pretty sizeable as well so I figured the price would be justified.

As you can see in the picture, this was probably the saddest and minimally covered Crunchy Chicken Deluxe they could have possibly made. I’ll simply let the picture speak for itself. I do not like this place and I do not recommend it.

Price / value ratio is off the charts...

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Burger King that I feel compelled to share. My friends and I waited for a simple burger for a staggering 40 minutes due to what seemed like a severe lack of organization in the establishment.
