The one star is purely given because of the appauling deliveries and how rude the delivery staff can be! If you do want order for delivery, please avoid at all cost this place! The food is good and i ordered multiple times because of it. But eventually given up. I lived in a apartments complex, the first time the guy insisted for me to go downstairs despite me being sick. The second time he left the food by the building entrance. I complaint to the restaurant and they promised they would fix it. Finally, the last chance i gave them is when, after 3 hours of wait and multiple calls to the restaurant, i found out that again the guy could not bother to come to my door and left the bag in the hall. No calls, nothing. UberEats gave me back the money but i can t really understand why this place keeps appearing there, knowing that they do not respect the rule to deliver at the apartments DOOR! I made sure that my neighbours are aware of the same so we all avoid...

I just received my order and, oh boy, I used to get the Grilled Dorade which was really nice, but I switched to the Fish and Chips. This turned out to be a big mistake.The fries were very crusty with what I think was batter, a portion which can't be considered large. But the fish was terrible really terrible, a tiny piece of battered fish (90 gram) i am talking about the fries where way longer than that piece of fish. The taste of the fish was also off, it was very cold and didn't taste right. To make matters worse, the remoulade sauce was open and had splattered all over the delivery bag.

tl;dr: The fries where super cold, covered in batter and tasted stale, looking at the pricing fries are € 3.00 so i just payed € 15.00 for a tiny piece (80 gram) piece of cold off tasting fish. As a finishing touch, the remoulade sauce, which had opened during delivery, was splattered all over the rest...

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. Ordered via Uber eats but they use their own drivers so no tracking. Waited over an hour and called them only to be told it was ‘close’ and to ‘be patient’. Waited another hour and a half and called again only to be told they supposedly attempted to deliver and contact me (a flat out lie). No apologies and they didn’t even seem to know the hotel. They accused me of putting in the wrong address so I asked the hotel receptionist and she confirmed it was correct. They then angrily offer to deliver. I asked how long and he said 45 minutes so I said absolutely not and asked for a refund. Was outrightly told no in an extremely aggressive manner and then I threatened to charge back my card and he said ‘go for it’. At this point I’m raging and hung up. Do NOT order food here for this...
