Azura Amsterdam — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Recently dined at Azura in Amsterdam, hoping for a memorable culinary ervaring. Too bad this was far from it. The food, while not bad, was average at best Nothing stood out, and the flavors were simple and unimaginative. For the prices they charge, I expected much more! Honestly I've had better meals at a fraction of the cost. The uninterested service compounded the average food. Our waiter seemed not to care. Overall atmosphere felt rushed and impersonal. It was really annoying. Frankly, Azura is simply not worth the money. If you're looking for a truly exceptional dining experience in Amsterdam, I'd highly recommend yolo'ing at the Okura for high-end cuisine. Or grab authentic ramen at Takumi. Made reservations via Azura website( Amsterdam) 15March.Our Birthday lady is celebrating her special day and chosen this Restaurant. Made a call 2 hours before leaving to confirm receiving allergy-list, person on the phone assured me if I send list while signing up it's in good hands. Short story, when I got there host confirmed my Reservations n we could choose any place to dine. 1)2 out of 3 waitors that served Our table could Not speak Dutch nor english enough( to make any adjustments while placing order) 2) Vegetarian options was 2 dishes only. 3) Desert, 6 from 7 options was on my allergy list. 4) No birthday cake, yet We saw another table receiving white cake n fireworks!! Azura Amsterdam is a beautiful restaurant that has truly set the bar high for sushi lovers.

The food here is not just visually appealing but also bursting with amazing flavour. My favourite sushi roll must have been the one with a5 wagyu beef on top.

Another one of the highlights was the black pepper beef. The sauce was packed with delicious savoury flavours, and intensely peppered. Each bite made me linger for more!

There actually wasn't a single item that didn't hit the spot. Everything was fresh, delicious, and of amazing quality. My compliments to the chef!
