As one enters the hallowed realm of Slijtereij Osterling, one is instantly enveloped in a warm embrace of delightful aromas and an ambiance that exudes sophistication. This esteemed establishment, nestled in the heart of the bustling city that is Amsterdam, presents a tableau of epicurean delights that entice even the most discerning of palates.
The experience commenced with a sumptuous offering of fried eggs and ham, a dish that may seem deceptively simple but was elevated to celestial heights by the adroit hands of the café's maestro of cuisine. The eggs, cooked to perfection, boasted a sublime consistency with an unctuous yolk that gently cascaded onto the succulent, savory ham. The marriage of these flavors and textures was nothing short of harmonious, providing an exquisite overture to the feast that would follow.
Next, the pièce de résistance was presented – the Eggs Benedict. In this divine creation, Slijtereij Osterling has achieved a masterful rendition of a classic dish. The poached eggs, enveloped in a velvety, rich hollandaise sauce, sat atop a foundation of tender, house-made English bread and delicate slivers of smoked ham. Each bite of this ambrosial concoction was an affirmation of the culinary prowess possessed by the artisans in the kitchen.
To accompany these gastronomic masterpieces, we partook in the luxurious libation of their signature cappuccino. The rich, aromatic coffee was expertly blended with velvety steamed milk, producing a symphony of flavors that danced upon the tongue. Each sip of this nectar was an ethereal delight, adding an air of sophistication to the repast.
In conclusion, a sojourn to Slijtereij Osterling is an absolute must for anyone with a penchant for the finer things in life. The skillfully crafted fare, coupled with the resplendent surroundings, makes for a dining experience that transcends the realm of the ordinary, transporting one to a world of gastronomic...

All these problems can be resolved if that one dish I dont remember the name of is listed alone under toast.
The servers were very attentive also. Nice...
