Revised: The store contacted me after I posted this review and refunded me the money. They asked me repeated me to consider removing the review. However, it is within consumer rights to keep a review to reflect what a customer went through. I decided to keep the review as such and revise the stars of 3 from the oriental score of 1.
Original: I posted this review after receiving no reply from the shop after almost 3 weeks. I would not recommend any one purchasing from them because they not only screwed up the bridal bouquet, betrayed our trust and did not respond at all to our email.
We ordered twice the bridal bouquet from this shop because we were recommended by friends and we really liked the bridal bouquet the first time that we received it. Unfortunately, we have to reschedule the wedding reception, so we ordered second time from them.
However, the second bridal bouquet that we received is obviously lower quality than the first bouquet.
As one can see in the photo that I included here, The flowers are not fresh (picture 1-5). Some of them are obviously bad quality compared to the first bouquet that we received (picture 6-7). The lady on the phone tells me that they have the receipt for the flower to show that it is fresh. However, the receipt is not relevant. The picture shows the true evidence.
Found this store last week through Too Good To Go and had a very pleasant first experience so decided place two more orders when I saw it again on the app today. Walked into the store and there was no one there to greet me. Saw an iPhone on the counter so I figured maybe they were doing something in the back so no big deal. After 5 mins with still no one, I called out hello a few times. No response. After 13 mins of no one to be seen I finally called the store from my cell phone hoping it would get a response. I heard a man outside tell someone that the phone was ringing and then a woman walked in from outside the front door to answer and seemed surprised to see me. I told her it was me calling and I had been waiting for nearly 15 minutes. She brushed me off and said rudely “well I didn’t see you come in.” Had I not already pre paid (no refunds) for two plants this is where I would have left. But instead I asked her for some information on the two plants I could pick from and she gave me a rushed sentence and the said she doesn’t really know about it but she guesses she could google it. She seems irritated that I was asking for advice. I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful she was. I planned on buying another plant I spotted while I was there waiting, but decided against it. I was excited to have found this shop as they have very beautiful plants and the lady before was so nice and helpful. Попросила собрать букет с доставкой по Амстердаму. Всё началось сразу не очень профессионально . «Этого нет,будет завтра,мы вам сами напишем с утра…» Так и не написали,мне пришлось в обед самой поинтересоваться. Ответы были долгими,но букет нужен был в этот день,а общение с консультантом было уже второй день . В итоге я решила рискнуть и заказать 11 именно белых гортензий ( 1 шт мне написали стоит 8 €) Мне написали что с доставкой 11 шт. в бумаге будет 125 €. Я оплачиваю переводом. Написали,что фото будет перед отправкой. Через какое-то время мне пишут что нет такого количества белых,давайте замиксуем с розовыми. Тут я уже недовольна,но соглашаюсь.Жду фото. А вместо этого,мне звонит дочь по видеосвязи и уже с букетом .я удивлена,так как мне никто ничего не отправил на одобрение. Прошу дочь посчитать гортензии . В итоге их там было 5 !!! Вместо 11 !!! Без предупреждения! Я пишу что за дела . Они начинают мне обвинения выдвигать. Вы долго думали,долго оформляли,полчаса оплачивали и вообще у нас рабочий день закончен и ваша доставка с вас 70 €. Скажите спасибо что хоть такой отправили.и то это даже мы больше отправили вам…. Я ,мягко говоря ,в шоке …они не говорили о рабочем дне,о доставке за 70 € Наоборот я их торопила .
