I’ve never encountered such shocking disregard for customers until my recent experience at this restaurant. After calling ahead and confirming that bringing a pram would be no issue, I arrived only to be refused entry the moment the staff actually saw it.
One waitress initially told us to wait outside for five minutes so they could “sort something out.” Ten minutes passed with no explanation or courtesy. Then another lady casually nodded in our direction as if to say, “No, it’s not happening,” without offering the slightest apology or alternative.
The staff showed zero professionalism or empathy. The abrupt refusal and dismissive attitude left us feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. If they’re that unprepared or unwilling to accommodate something as simple as a pram—especially after claiming it was fine over the phone—imagine the chaos if you have any special requests at all.
Frankly, the rudeness and total lack of respect are reasons enough to avoid this place. Save yourself the frustration—don’t...
Read moreThe pizza is decent. Nothing to brag about but not complaining either. However, be aware this place is the definition of a TOURIST TRAP! We said we don't want to order any drinks (since we were staying at a hotel 1 minute away and had water there, we don't drink soda or wine). The waitress just said "okay water then" and brought us a 7 EURO water bottle. We asked if it was complimentary (we thought it was tap water maybe) but she just walked off.
She also tried to make us order a starter even though we said no. This is fine but it was clear that they were very upset that we ordered only 2 pizzas (for two people). It really felt uncomfortable.
Also BE AWARE: It says on the menu that is it NOT ALLOWED to order one pizza to share with two people.
It is VERY clear that this restaurant is only out to get as much money as possible from tourists that stay in the area.
I will say that the cook and the other server were very friendly but the behavior of the waitress really made us...
Read moreWe got a table of two and ordered two pizzas and one starter. After ONE HOUR waiting with no feedback, we asked about our food, since tables arriving later were already finishing their main course and they were preparing pizzas to go to new customers.
The response was that they had a miscommunication and the starter couldn't be ordered, and the pizzas were not ready yet but almost.
After TWENTY MINUTES EXTRA we got two regular pizzas. Horrible the fact that after one hour they thought it was normal to make someone wait extra time without communication, while preparing orders to take away.
If they would as worried about customers as they are to make you order as many starters as possible and extra drinks the experience would be much less of a nightmare.
Not recommended at all.
*I wonder how many bad reviews you would avoid with direct communication before making people lose their time instead of giving a Limoncello at the end and keep being...
