Excellent place for lunch, dinner or a drink with colleagues or friends. Relaxed atmosphere (although THU & FRI borrel time can be busy, but hey, enjoy the fun!) - very friendly and helpful staff as well!

A word to the anonymous reviewer 'just' in one of the previous reviews:

Dear Just, it’s great that you left your review for other customers, but we both know that it didn’t happen that way. I didn’t really want to get involved, but this isn’t fair. We are the ones who made the reservation and the facts are that there was a football match, for which we had specially reserved this table on our name. It turned out that you sat down without being assigned a seat and they politely offered you another seat after they found out that this had gone wrong. You informed us that you didn’t came to watch the match and did not settle for anything, so the waitress walked away out of...

Unfortunately, my visit was marred by unprofessional behavior from one of your bar staff, which I feel needs to be addressed.

It took an unreasonably long time for us to pay, despite several attempts to get the attention of the bar attendant. When we coudl finally pay, the bartender was extremely rude and dismissive, showing a lot of attitude instead of providing the friendly and professional service one would expect. This made the overall experience very unpleasant.

I hope you take this feedback seriously, as good customer service is a key part of any hospitality business. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future customers do not face...

There only few bars in Zuidas area. But several prosoective customers from nearby offices for whom any place with drinks and borrel would work. Hence the waiters from this bar are a bit on the rude side - I am making this statement based on four to five times I have been at this place. So I cannot generalize this for whole staff.

I think the perception is that business works anyways. Would not recommend this for non work...
