EDIT: the restaurant deleted my review claiming that the information is false. I guarantee you that everything I wrote down is factually accurate. :D I'm re-posting after small edit. What a pity that the restaurant has to continously delete reviews and still have low rating!

This restaurant has the worst service you could possibly imagine. I went here to grab dinner with two friends on a weekday. Food was unimpressive and not worth the cost.

We were ready to leave and I asked one of the servers if we can get our coats back. He did not make any facial expression or nod and continued strutting towards us. I assumed that he didn't hear me and asked again, then he started bitching at me. "I have ears, I can hear you. Stop asking for the same thing twice." Afterwards he continued giving attitude when we were paying for our food. I asked him to split the bill. Then he started yelling at us on why we have to split the bill. I asked if he has never split the bill for other customers and he said that he never had to do this (LOL) and threw mints with the receipt. He kept aggressively yelling that he's not that old, although none of us were showing any emotion to prevent further violence from him.

This was a horrendous service and experience. I hope others don't waste your own money being...

We came to this so-called “Italian” restaurant for a birthday, and I can guarantee you that I will never step foot in there again. We arrived at 7:30 PM and left at 10:00 PM — hungry and angry. Our order was taken after 30 minutes, and the starters arrived an hour later, but mine was missing, so I had to wait and eat after everyone else. Then we waited another hour for the main course, and my dish was wrong again. When I asked the manager to change it, he replied with a “funny” joke that was completely unnecessary. When my dish finally arrived, it came without the side I had specifically requested to go with the meat. I never received the side dish, and when I asked the manager again, he answered with another one of his so-called jokes. In the end, I left the restaurant still hungry and deeply offended by the manager’s unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. I’m glad I didn’t have to pay the bill. This place is nowhere near an authentic Italian restaurant. Food and hospitality should be their priorities, but the manager is too busy doing the comedian and can’t handle a table of 4 people on Tuesday.

AVOID...

I had made a reservation for 8 people a week ago (work lunch). Getting there, we are first told that we must sit outside, despite the fact that it's a very warm day. I insist that we want to sit inside (the restaurant is basically empty inside), and eventually they let us sit inside but I had to insist. Once we are sitting, I am told that for 8 people they can only serve the executive menu, we can't order a la carte. I complained, as this was never communicated to me when I made the reservation. (I could not find the information on the website, I looked it up just now.) So we were basically cornered into ordering the menu. I said we were all vegetarians, and at least this could be accommodated. The food was ok but not great, service not very smooth, and in the end we paid 35 pp for a starter and a main course, which was really overpriced given...
