The owner of this place has zero people skills or education. When we got in, we went to sit because the place was almost empty. After that, he ordered my boyfriend to go to the balcon and was extremely rude to hum because he sat down without saying hello, which no other customer did nor did he welcome anyone else. And he started arguing with him because he had a cigarette in his hand, which he did not lit, and made sure everyone in the room heard since he was screaming for everyone to hear. My boyfriend understood and appologized even though he bought the cigarette here the day before and didn't even got to lit it. After that he overcharged him with an extra coffee that he did not ask for and told him that it was his fault because he ordered the two coffees, even though he made sure many times before paying if the price he was charging him was of two coffees, which he always replied yes to. After that he became incredibly rude when I asked him why he did this and just laughed on my face. After I told him I wanted to make a complaint he told me that he was the owner so there was no use. Some customers next to our table asked what happened and when I explained it he started yelling once again to me to stop haressing his customers or otherwise he'd call the police on me and that he didn't need our money at all. Very Nice for a customer to hear indeed. Simply awful experience, just stay away from this place specially if you're...
Read moreStrange vibe would be the best way to sum this place up during my visit. The music was super loud, the lighting (at least where I was by the window at night) wasnt great. Their menu was quite limited but their products looked and smelt the part though I was there to test one product alone and that was their "moonrock" or "firecracker" joint, cant remember specific names but it was a pure joint, layered in rosin and then rolled in kief for €15. I compare this to their neighbour coffeeshops equivalent and it just wasnt as good. It wasnt as oily or gave that rosin taste, I suspected it may have used hash to make their rosin as it was an underlying common lemony hashy taste to it, but still very smooth. 4/5 for effects, 4/5 for taste, 5/5 for price however as I have sampled worse similar products for €5-€10 more per product. Overall the vibe just felt strange to me, I felt quite isolated and out of place and this never happens to me. Maybe it was the custom at the time as the budtender was completely fine and friendly, just the overloud music and dim lighting forces me to give this place a 4/5. I would still recommend stopping by and checking their menu as I have heard and seen good reviews...
Read moreI came in to join my friends at the coffee shop. Literally the second I put down my coat and sat down, the man at the counter raised his voice right away and insisted I should buy things otherwise I can't sit. I went to the counter to buy some drinks but his attitude was cold, aggressive and especially unpleasant for other people that were enjoying the coffee shop. He made a huge scene and even raised his voice loudly. This has never happened to me in Amsterdam ( coffee shops have different rules, and usually the people working there explain if something is not clear, for example most places forbid smoking tobacco. They also sell weed only as 1.3 g instead of 1 g. It's a shame it's a cool place, but the attitude in their business practice can drive away their...
