Fook Sing — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Debating between 1 or 2 stars, but...

Food: So, so. This is definitely NOT Chinese. Experience. Poor. Though I do not eat chicken and pork, and told her accordingly, the soup had pork,and the noodle also had pork. I had to kill the pork taste with chili paste.

The worst part? I was charged EUR 2 for tap water, and an extra EUR 1 for unknown reason. EUR 2 for tap water was bad enough (the ONLY restaurant in Amsterdam that charged me for tap water, out of more than 15 different restaurants) but that extra EUR 1 for no reason is beyond inexplicable.

To be fair, the food was pretty good, and the hostess lady is nice at first, but we were very turned off by the 3 euro PER small GLASS of probably tap water, followed by a random 1 euro on the final bill just for the heck of it. This was for in restaurant dining. The audacity to charge a total of 9 euro for a few gulps of water is…astounding. I think it was an affordable option for the quantity but the taste is completely gone. The entire order doesn't taste good and has nothing to do with chinese food. This is how my noodles look like and there is another plate with chicken but the noodles are literally just boiled and there are no more ingredients inside.
