Wow… I walked in for a G&T after a longish flight and next thing I’ve been talked into the Chef’s special; a Truffle Tagliatelle. Simple fact: to die for. To add to my experience the Head Chef came out and shaved the fresh truffle and explained it’s origin and flavour himself. I had the pleasure of being served by Beau, and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel welcome and taken care of. My drinks were balanced, creative, and exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted. He recommended “Fly Me to the Moon” —a stunning, purple, sparkly masterpiece that tasted even better than it looked. After being on flights since an ungodly hour of the morning, this place is EXACTLY what my weary soul needed.
