Koffie & Zo — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I ordered the matcha tea , forgot to say that it should be with oat milk , I came to the lady behind the bar to explain the situation and to tell her that I can not drink matcha with cow milk . She was very rude , trying to show that it’s all my fault and that they have nothing to do with my mistake. That is why I more love places like Starbucks where they value the guest experience more than the price of one scoop matcha and one cup of oat milk that they would have to waist …. This place is only looking forward to get the costumers money and doesn’t care about you. If you like places like that, you should certainly visit that one!

The woman working here would not let my son who has severe bladder issues use the toilet. He offered 10euros and she screamed “No!” before chasing him out of the shop and down the street with a big brush, whilst shouting and swearing. She was so aggressive, that the fear caused my son to urinate himself. This was an extremely traumatic experience for him and he has been very upset since.
