Napoli Pizza de baarsjes — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I recently ordered a pizza from this place, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a food delivery service. I placed my order online and was given a delivery estimate of 45 minutes. After an hour and a half had passed, I still had not received my order.

I called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my delivery, and the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful. They seemed to have no idea what was going on and were unable to provide any information about my order or when it might arrive.

When the pizza finally did arrive, it was cold and soggy, which was not surprising given the amount of time that had passed since I placed my order. It was clear that the pizza had been sitting around for quite some time before it was finally delivered to me.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication from the restaurant. They never once called or messaged me to let me know that there was a delay with my order, and they seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue when I contacted them.

In addition to the poor service and communication, the pizza itself was subpar. The toppings were sparse and the crust was undercooked, which made for a disappointing eating experience overall.

Overall, I would not recommend this pizza place to anyone. Their lack of communication and poor service, combined with the late delivery and subpar pizza, make for a terrible experience all around. Save yourself the trouble and find a different pizza place that values their customers and takes their delivery...

Are you sure you want to order from this food provider? Please read carefully the below. My boyfriend has ordered for me via Thuisbezorgd a pizza with NO tomato sauce , mozarella, champignons and olives and NO pepper. Order number - VNCSWT. I mentioned in the notes that I have severe stomach issues (gastritis). I can get serious stomach pains if I eat tomato sauce, spicy stuff, food with high acidity index. I received a pizza with spicy salami, meat, tomato sauce and a smaller size than ordered (we ordered XL pizza and we received a small one). Without immediately checking the pizza content (my bad), I got a few bites out of it and felt sick afterwards when realizing they have put tomato sauce. When my bf got back home, he did a complaint via phone and the answer we received was - "can you send us back the pizza?" No "apologies", nothing. Serious review:

A friend had to leave earlier and we were told he was not able to pay. As such, we paid for his pizza as well. However, turns out our friend had indeed already paid and the cashier lied to us.

No woder they can afford offer free samples of döner at the entrance ⚰️

When ordered and eaten there, the pizza was not the worst thing in the world. Still took way too long to get...
