Powerfull Pizza — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I placed an order at 22.22 on 10th June and the restaurant rang me at 22.27, so within 5 minutes of the order. They rang me to say there was an error and they do not deliver this far and it would take more than 40 minutes.

The told me that they will cancel the order and I will receive a full refund. I have now been told that they claim to have already cooked the order within 5 min, despite calling me to say they are cancelling not me and not refuse to refund me €39,50. Had they told me it was non-fundable I could of driven to collect the order 20 min drive.

This is a totally unacceptable scam and I will make a formal complaint and wanted to leave this reviews on this restaurants, which I will delete if they fully reimburse...

Never order from here. Very rude staff. The order got cancelled because I did get the pizza delivered. They confirmed on call about cancellation and politely asked to wait for 4 days for refund.

Now when I check with them after a week of not receiving refund, the staff started shouting and speaking in utterly rude way. He is shouting that the order was delivered and there will be no refund, he wasnt letting me speak. I It is also very disgraceful to speak in this tone when the restaurant confirmed...

We ordered and had the option to order Cheesecake. First call: we dont have the Cheesecake, you can have tiramisu instead Could i have my money back instead? Will talk to boss Second Call: (Talks to another employee for like 3 minutes) Okay we swnt the Cheesecake Arrival: only got the pizzas in the end asked for Cheesecakes all out then for money call number on receipt Havent got my money yet Update: recieved my money one day later in cash, all good...
