Today I ordered delivery and I must say that I left feeling incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. Several aspects of my visit fell far below expectations. Overpriced: One of the most glaring issues was the exorbitant prices on the menu. The prices did not align with the quality of the food. It's one thing to pay more for a memorable dining experience, but it's another to be charged excessively for subpar food. Overcooked Pasta: I ordered a pasta dish, hoping for a delicious meal. Unfortunately, what I received was far from appetizing. The pasta was overcooked to the point of being mushy and lacked any discernible flavor. It was evident that it had been sitting under in delivery box for a some period, but it doesn’t excuse nothing due to the fact that delivery time wasn’t too long. And if restaurant has this dish for delivery it is not my issue to think if it will be over cooked. And overall my friends almost 20 euros for moist spaghetti with tomato paste from jar (p.s. I guess not sauce) and cheese flakes (cheese was good). Dried-Out Cheesecake: The disappointment continued with dessert. I ordered a cheesecake, expecting a creamy and indulgent treat. However, what was served to me was a dried-out, sad excuse for a cheesecake. The texture was rubbery, and it was clear that it had been left exposed to the air for far too long. It was a struggle to finish even a few bites. The tiramisù experience was pretty satisfying, nothing special to say. As a conclusion I would never order again in this restaurant. Very...
Read moreThe food was edible of course but not amazing. I had the pepperoni pizza and it was topped off with more peppers and Jalapeños than pepperoni. It was promised to be a little spicy, and I know everyone has different spice tolerance levels, but mine is already pretty high and it was too spicy to eat at a normal pace. Maybe it was accidentally over spiced but I wouldn’t really know because I never really had anything else there. The crust was mainly burnt and way too thin on one side and overly thick on the other. It had bubbles cooked in like it had curdled.
Service was pitiful. The people were nice but stayed at tables with other customers for way longer after telling you “I’ll be right with you”. The food came so quickly and it didn’t even taster very well. My friends drink was less than a gulp. They gave her barely a glass full of it.
The seating was way too tight to other tables. It made me and my friend feel like we were part of the 10 party table right beside us. I pulled out my chair to sit down without bumping into the other persons seat behind us. It barely came out and you had to squeeze in. Too tight! Wouldn’t recommend for people who want good pizza and...
Read moreA hidden gem for Italian food and grilled dishes in Amsterdam – 5/5! I was pleasantly surprised by this spacious and beautifully decorated restaurant. The interior is modern and stylish, yet still feels warm and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed, whether you’re coming for a casual dinner or a late-night bite.
The food is excellent, both the pizza and grilled dishes are full of flavor, cooked to perfection, and made with fresh ingredients. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The menu has a great variety, and everything we tried was satisfying.
Drinks were just as good - well - prepared and nicely presented, whether you're going for a cocktail, wine, or something non-alcoholic.
One of the best parts? The restaurant stays open very late, which is rare and super convenient when you're in the city at night and want something tasty and reliable.
Service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall great experience. This place really delivers on quality without being pretentious.
I’ll definitely be back, highly recommended if you’re in Amsterdam and craving good Italian food in a...
