Renato's Spaarndammerbuurt — Restaurant in Amsterdam

We had a wonderful dinner at Renato’s. The place was full and buzzing with a warm, lively atmosphere, yet the service was exceptional from start to finish. We ordered a variety of pizzas — all delicious, with mine having just the right spicy kick. I started with the burrata, which was fresh and creamy, and ended with a perfectly balanced tiramisu. The drinks were excellent as well.

A special mention goes to the lady who took our order — she impressed me greatly by remembering all of our dishes without writing anything down, and she did it with a friendly, attentive manner that made us feel truly welcome.

Understaffed and overpriced for a very basic experience. Nothing wrong with that , but the quality doesn't reflect the price. The cocktails were excellent and the staff was just overwhelmed with work which was unfair to them, they did their best. Got truffle pizza with olive oil on it , when asked for truffle oil the kitchen again sent out olive oil, then told the waiter that the menu didnt say they used truffle oil, that it was oil with truffle dressing? Either way very strang experience to send oil back multiple times until we finally were given the correct oil, only because the waiter himself went to kitchen to make sure the final time it was the correct oil. Haven't left a restaurant so annoyed in years, honestly would just...

The pizza’s were excellent. The restaurant was incredibly loud, tables too close together and a lot of kids (and parents) being very noisy. The restaurant was very busy, so took 30 minutes to get our food. The waiter was apologetic and I have to admire how well he managed so many tables on his own. I can’t really fault the restaurant for the noise, but I avoid restaurants where I am forced to yell across the table at my partner. Too bad, as the pizza...
