Smokey Burger — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I randomly tried this place for delivery. The delivery took a bit long but once I tasted the burger I instantly became a regular customer. My second visit was in person and I just wanted to tell them how much I appreciated and enjoyed my first experience. My second experience was also very good but now I’m trying to figure out if I prefer the normal bun or the brioche bun. I was told all burgers go through the smoker which is why their burgers taste so good. My personal favourite so far is the phantom burger. And I think it’s time for another order for dinner tonight and finally my wife can try it too. They are a start up company and I wish them every success. Stick with it guys…. You’ve got a great recipe (and this is coming from me who generally does not usually ever have burgers ). If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. So I work mostly nights, yesterday I ordered the philly cheese steak which I liked so today I ordered it again, I was really looking forward to it when it arrived I was flabbergasted. Bad experience. Today i did an order here mainly because i was curious of their "Handmade fries", it was 19 35, via Uber (delivered by themselves). Expected delivery time 20:05/20:25, arrived at 21:10. When I opened the box I found typical fastfood fries to me and I felt a bit disappointed. I chew the burger to find it was not cooked inside so I called them looking for some kind of help, for example a new hamburger. First time, after replying, at one point they ended up the phonecall... second attempt when i said again " Sorry I can't eat the burger because it's not cooked inside", they replied "it's medium cooked", then "sorry we can't help, this is how we serve burgers here".
