I’m going to give this place 5 stars .... considering it’s in Amsterdam. I’m from Vancouver .... they invented the California roll there. So I consider myself a sudo expert on freshness and quality. This is a ONE stable shop . So you have all the attention you need if you can actually sit. Its expensive for North American standards..... but we are not in North America. The place is not the best, because it is mainly takeaway/delivery and it only has one or two tables. But the food is amazing: unique flavors, atypical selection of sushis made with fresh ingredients... Definitely the best one in the area when it comes to taking it away. I've ordered several times and I always need to call them! They forget all the time the orders. For example, I ordered sushi to be delivered at 20:00, I called at 20:35 and they just...forgot about it. Plus, they arrived 1:30 hours later with sushi that was crumbling down.
