Tandoori Bites — Restaurant in Amsterdam

HORRIBLE. I ordered chicken Tikka and they gave me 3 tiny pieces of chicken which was extremely overcooked and dry with some onions and peppers and also a chunk of lemon which was bitter. They had also used chicken breasts and for Tikka, chicken thigh is apt. An an Indian myself, I know what chicken Tika tastes like and this wasn't even close to it. I also received the delivery after 1.5 hours. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Edit: I just saw the reply, which I thought was extremely rude, and just shows how they don't value the customer. In fact, I read the replies to all the negative reviews and they were all very defensive and rude. Would really recommend not getting food from this place. Also, I definitely did not receive 8 pieces it was 3 pieces and I had ordered 2 portions of chicken Tikka for 6 euros 50 cents each, assuming there would atleast be 5 to 6 pieces in each box. Furthermore, the person who replied to my review completely ignored my comment about the quality of the dish. If there was an option for me to upload pictures here, I would upload a picture of the boxes of Tikka that I received. Again, horrible...

AVOID! They manage also the virtual place called Holy Cow! Vegan Indian (that's the name they show on UberEats), despite not being a vegan place.

The order arrived very late, one item is missing and the rest of the food is so very salty that is impossible to eat (we generally eat salty) plus they NEVER picked up the phone (we've called 4 times on the number UberEats provides). Probably the worse place I ever ate before. Plus the place is NOT VEGAN.

After a lot of research I found their real address and name. They've answered so rudely and they even hanged up on me without letting me explaining the situation. This place needs to be reported. I just hope we won't get...

Edit: they had problems with the telecom provider and in the end our complaint was well-resolved.

We tried a lot of Indian takeaway restaurants in Amsterdam and they are the best one so far! Only if the Naan could be a little more crunchy, then the food would be simply perfect.

Our order via their website took 3 hours to deliver. Apparently because they don't get a notification from their website. He who delivered our food, promised to get us our money back, but they did not contact us. The phone number is not working, email is not answered and no reaction...
