I ordered 2 meals there (for 2 people each, so food for 4 people in total). The Deliveroo rider arrived with the wrong order (which was much much smaller, and for Uber eats). The rider offered to go back and pick up the right order, even though it wasn't his fault. He came back with supposedly the correct order, but the restaurant only gave him half of what we had ordered (1 meal). This is already almost 1 hour after we were expecting to eat.
I called the restaurant. Once the lady on the phone understood and accepted that they'd only sent half of our order, she was apologetic and said they'd send the remainder of our order plus "something extra" straight away, and told me she'd contact deliveroo as well. Half of us started eating, while the others waited.
A bit later someone from deliveroo called to say they would like to reimburse us for the items that weren't delivered - but the items he listed, as reported by the restaurant, were not what was missing from our order. We were missing an entire meal, but the restaurant told him fries and a tzatziki. Anyway, deliveroo accepted to reimburse me for what was actually not delivered, but didn't say anything about the remaining order being cancelled (the lady from the restaurant had told me it'd be sent straight away, so I trusted that).
Another hour (and 2 very hungry people) later, we called again. It turns out that they decided not to send the food after all, blaming "a lack of delivery riders".
Whatever little food I ate wasn't nearly good enough. Not eating or ordering...

They were really busy yesterday evening with all the orders for deliveries but still so friendly and the gyros wrap was so good - great job guys (divers team). And I've noticed over the years that the small and big salad they serve is always a text book lecture [= YouTube tutorial with letters printed on paper 📚] in 'how preparing and combining simple ingredients the right way' makes a very tasty dish (and I love the feta they're using for their 🇬🇷-style salad). Vegetarian & vegan for those of us who follow one of these diets. For the rest:...
Read moreI'm real fun of Greek gyros but their Tzatziki had no garlic at all. We've been told that Dutch don't like it garlicky so that's why they skip it. Also we asked for like 5-6 fries in the pita, just like Greeks do and they told us we needed to order a full side fries for 3.5€! So basically they make something like gyros with flat yoghurt sauce (I doubt they even put dill in there). Even the good soy product didn't help me have a better feeling with so much Greek hospitality and generosity lacking in their product. Guess I have to wait till I go to Lefkada island in the summer to have...
