This is the real deal. The real Dutch food place you should go to as a tourist. I came here based on my Dutch friend recommendation. Came in, almost no one speaks English, first sign of authenticity :) then the menu is like a little chalk board on the wall, all in Dutch with no translation. Second sign of authenticity. Then most patrons seem like locals. I stood out as the only Asian in this place lmao. But I had a good time. The waitress was very helpful. I basically asked her to make me a 3 course meal since I had no clue what to order. So I had a pea soup, a stamppot and a vla. The soup and stamppot was very very good. My friend was like this is what his mom used to make for him every week. I ordered two meatballs on my stamppot and finished them all. Yummy. The only thing you need to know is this place is cash only. So I had to run back to the hotel to get some money, and I can only pay in US dollars since I didnât exchange any money lol. I really appreciated the trust they had in me. I gave them a nice tip for the trust but based on the ladyâs expression they werenât expecting the tip. Nice people nice food...

You can choose from few items for every course and have couple of drinks to accompany as well. One can say, you will feel like just eating at a home, cooked for the day with a simple beverage. Highly recommended to give a try to experience Dutch...
