Goxu House has become a must-visit spot for me here in Breda, and if you haven't yet visited and are checking reviews first and have stumbled onto mine... This is your sign to not just go and try the food here, RUN!
I meant to write a review for a while, but I was on a mission to try all the menu items first. I have, and I have thoroughly enjoyed all the items offered. Out of all the items offered, the bulgogi has stood out the most. I'm not joking when I say that I was visited by this bulgogi in a dream. It has made me return time and time again, and it has become a guilty pleasure of mine.
If you can't stomach a full toast and are looking for something light, then the bulgogi bao bun is a great alternative for those of you who become as obsessed as I have (which you will).
I seriously can't give Goxu House's bulgogi enough praise. There are few cafes and restaurants that serve bulgogi in the Netherlands, and I have tried these other popular places, but this one has been the best.

I highly recommend the matcha strawberry or the matcha mango and Korean toast!
The boba is also fresh, chewy, and perfect the right texture. You can tell they really care about the quality.
The chicken korean toast is packed with a lot of flavour with a spicy kick. Super comforting. Great portion size and made fresh.
The shop itself is cosy and stylish, with a clean, modern vibe and plenty of seating. The staff are warm and welcoming, and everything is made to order, so it’s...
Read moreGoxu house is a very nice addition to the Breda food scene, with trendy menu items such as Korean toast, bingsu, and Taiwanese gua bao. Both are very solid lunch options. We had the bulgogi bao and char siu bao, the bun is moist and soft and the filling is freshly cooked. A very satisfying bite! Would be even nicer with a dash of sriracha or other type of hot sauce. The drinks are also well made, would recommend the mango coconut sago drink for those who want to try something other than the...
