Bluebird Gastro Pub — Restaurant in Curaçao

Blue Bird has become a gastropub since a month and wow - we were impressed! The service was great, with a nice laidback atmosphere mixed with professional service. The food was absolutely beyond expectation. We had the polenta balls and both the filet mignon, cooked to perfection! The owner paired it with a fantastic rosé wine, as it was too hot outside for red. As a dessert we had the limoncello passion fruit tiramisu which was tasty as well. Absolutely worth a visit. We were on our way home and weren't planning on stopping anywhere, but there was something really inviting about this place. In the moments were stopped to debate popping in, a song came on that was like fate, and sealed our decision to visit. We only sat on their front patio for one beer, but the menu looks amazing and we will definitely make a point of returning to eat and stay longer the next time we are in Curacao.
