Bistro 91 Curacao — Restaurant in Curaçao

This restaurant is in a great location. We ordered the lomo saltado (a variation of the traditional, with mushroom risotto and crispy string potatoes) and the shrimp brochette, which were both excellent. The chicha morada cocktail was delicious but skip the pisco sour. Service was good and the staff was very friendly. One snag is that I called to make a reservation the day before and spoke with someone who confirmed it. But when we arrived we were told we didn't have a table, so they could only sit us in the back bar, which was empty and didn't have the nice ambiance of the main dining room or patio. New Peruvian French fusion with style and sophistication! When almost all the restaurants serving similar type of Western food , this new location offers great presentation, modern twist of Peruvian flavoring and yet, comfortable in setting. Manager is very attentive and service is friendly, finally a place for fun dining recommended to global foodies.

Can order several starters if you want to discover more or go for the main with sufficient amount. Dishes are priced reasonable.
