Oh my goodness what an amazing restaurant amazing service by our server TiTi This was a culinaryadventure and experience. I have not had in quite some time. This restaurant only been open approximately 2 1/2 weeks and has elevated the culinary experience on the island like no other. The early success of this restaurant has been apparent to me that they have a restaurant back in Holland that is doing extremely well and have brought their experience and fine dining and woven it through the local coronary scene on island. This restaurant is booked for the next three months somehow or another, we were able to get squeezed in at the last minute And our server to my surprise TITi who Who I From a previous Restaurant that is no longer here.I Have enjoyed approximately 3 1/2 hour seven course meal that just totally blew our T mind. Hopefully we’ll be able to return the share and experience this once again please book early as possible. The sunset was divine the hotel that this restaurant operating is not quite finished or open yet however, the beach club and pool area and the views were absolutely stunning The owner of the restaurant I did not quite get her name a young 31 a parent, two beautiful young children and her husband have created something very special on the island and look forward to coming back very soon. I also want to let her know thank you so much for the parting gifts you gave . They did make it back to Holland without any incident. We had an incredible evening at The Lemon Tree in Pietermaai last night. The 5-course meal, along with all the extra amuses, was absolutely delicious. Each dish was creative, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The little booklet that came with the meal was a really nice touch, it added something special to the experience and made it feel even more thoughtful. What really stood out was how well they catered to my vegetarian diet. Often vegetarian options at fine dining restaurants can feel like an afterthought, but not here. Every course was just as detailed, flavorful and beautifully composed as the regular menu, truly impressive! Thank you Lemon Tree for that. The atmosphere was as memorable as the food. The space has a great vibe, stylish and relaxed. It is the kind of place you want to take your time in and enjoy the evening. They have a great wine selection and the wines recommended worked perfectly with the dishes. The service was excellent, professional but warm and they made us feel genuinely welcome. I don't even know where to begin! My husband and I are on holiday from the states. I cant recommend more the lemon tree! Hospitality and Food was unbelievable!. We started with some drinks at Golden hour, where the vibe was beautiful and had a chill house music DJ . so fabulous. Our meal was some of the freshest ingredients I ever had. Start to finish my mouth was in for a treat with all the lovely creations from the culture of Curaçao. The most important thing was the time and etiquette from all the servers and chefs. They truly enjoy what they do and put their pride in everything. The Co-owner Kiki greeted us happily, and chatted a bit. She is so wonderful!
